Get a free Pack & Play in Collier County
The Florida Department of Health-Collier County, in partnership with The NCH Safe and Healthy Children’s Coalition of Collier County, Healthy Start Coalition of SWFL, and Archangel Fund from Trinity by-the-Cove Episcopal Church has FREE Pack and Plays for qualifying families.
Qualifier’s:
1. Must have a newborn baby under one year of age in the family.
2. Must have a financial need.
3. Family has to be willing to participate in educational session about safe sleep and complete a pre and post survey.
4. Sign a liability statement.
If all qualifications are met; please call Carla Narvaez at 239-252-7337 and make an appointment to receive the pack and play.
