FROM BIRTH TO 36 MONTHS
Early Steps provides early intervention to infants and toddlers, from birth to 36 months, with developmental delays, disabilities and at-risk conditions. Children can be referred by parents/caregivers and physicians. Contact: (239) 433-6700
FROM BIRTH TO GRADUATION
Information, training, and support for families of children with exceptionalities. FDLRS Child Find offers free screenings for children (birth to age 5) who have or are at-risk of developing disabilities or learning problems. Contact: (239) 337-8363 or (239) 337-8199
Provides comprehensive children and teen mental health services, offering inpatient, outpatient, and community-based care for youth ages 3 to 17. Evaluations are provided for children and teens to assess mental health needs, leading to accurate diagnosis and treatment plans. Contact: (239) 455-8500 for general information.
FROM 2 MONTHS TO 18 YEARS
Treatment for the whole person, mind and body, throughout the life cycle. Behavioral Health providers available for same-day screens/consults or scheduled appointments in Children’s Care and Family Care. Contact: (239) 658-3000
FROM BIRTH TO AGE 8
Family-centered program that connects parents and caregivers to local services that promote healthy child development from birth to eight years old. Offers free developmental screenings and guidance to help families identify concerns early and access resources to support children's learning, behavior, and overall well-being. FROM 2 MONTHS TO 18 YEARS
Provides mental health screenings, clinical oversight, parent and caregiver resiliency program and a dedicated coordinator to assist in navigation the complex health care system and interventions along the continuum of care. Contact: (239) 260-7300
