Safe Infant Sleep Support for Collier County Families
The NCH Safe & Healthy Children’s Coalition of Collier County, in partnership with the Florida Department of Health - Collier County, Healthy Start Southwest Florida, and the Archangel Fund from Trinity-by-the-Cove Episcopal Church offer FREE Pack ‘N Plays for qualifying families.
Who Qualifies?
To receive a pack 'n play, families must meet the following criteria:
1. Have a newborn baby under one year of age in the family
2. Have a financial need
3. Participate in a Safe Sleep Education session and complete a pre- and post-survey
4. Sign an acknowledgement and release form
