Get a free Pack 'N Play in Collier County
The NCH Safe & Healthy Children’s Coalition of Collier County, in partnership with the Florida Department of Health - Collier County, Healthy Start Southwest Florida, and the Archangel Fund from Trinity-by-the-Cove Episcopal Church offer FREE Pack ‘N Plays for qualifying families.
Qualifications:
1. Must have a newborn baby under one year of age in the family.
2. Must have a financial need.
3. Participate in educational session about safe sleep and complete a pre and post survey.
4. Sign an acknowledgement and release form.
