Disaster can strike at any time - sometimes without warning. It is important for every Floridian, especially citizens with disabilities and other special needs, to plan ahead for an emergency situation and know what to do in the event of an emergency.
C.A.R.E. is a program established by the Collier County Sheriff's Office to assist citizens that have special needs. This voluntary program offers many positive, proactive measures to provide the best services to our citizens. There is no fee required to participate.
The NCH Safe & Healthy Children's Coalition advocates for inclusive water safety programs through targeted resources, community outreach, and collaboration with families and educators. to reduce drowning risks and promote confident, safe experiences for every child.
